I called and when I asked for a manager, he told me that was no possible because he is working from home. I’ll never buy tickets from this scam again! I was on line at the destination that was set aside for 'will call' tickets at 7 pm and stood in that same spot for over two hours without seeing the line move. TicketWeb then dispatch the tickets via USPS and tried to deliver to a UK address in the USA... so obviously USPS "couldn't find the address". TicketWeb denied the request. With the corona virus the concert I was planning on driving across states to attend was cancelled and as I have called to try and get a refund they don't have anyone there taking calls or responding to my emails. Since the date came and past almost a month ago, this ticketing company refuses to give a refund until it is rescheduled. The first few times I just went to the venue in person and bought tickets but today I wanted a show that was actually in high demand and when my cart timed out, the tickets were gone. I started the journey to ask for a refund yesterday morning and was in floods of tears as I was getting no where fast as I couldn’t speak with anyone and not being the account holder it just wasn’t happening. Called the polar express excursion desk, gentlemen was very nice, said he has no problem rescheduling the train ride for a later date but has to call ticketweb since they are the ones the payment went through. Super helpful staff (Tom C) who went above and beyond to refund a ticket for me when the event released new dates and better locations. When I called back and really nice lady picked up and was able to answer all my questions, this is the only reason why they are receiving two stars. This has been a really bad customer experience for me. Refund organised for a rescheduled event without a quibble. I have tried to buy tickets multiple times, from multiple computers, using multiple credit cards linked to multiple addresses.
